Loki star Ke Huy Quan reveals he is optimistic about his character, Ouroboros aka OB, returning to the MCU after the shocking Loki season 2 finale. The final episode of Loki season 2 premiered last week and saw the TVA and multiple realities on the brink of obliteration as the Temporal Loom was overloaded with timelines. The episode ended with Loki resigning himself to hold the threads of the multiverse together and keep the TVA safe, including OB. The season is left pretty open-ended, as the TVA now serves as a task force that hunts down Kang variants, and OB reprograms Miss Minutes and issues a new edition of the TVA handbook.
In an interview with Variety, Ke Huy Quan reveals that he is hopeful for OB's future despite Loki season 2 feeling like a true series finale. Read his full quote below:

I haven’t had any conversations [about OB's future]. I love OB. I love playing him. It makes me so happy that the audience is responding to this character. When I first got the call from Kevin Feige and he asked me to come join the MCU family, I asked him, “Is this a one-time thing? Or are we going to be able to see more of him?” Because I loved him on the pages. And he says, “Ke, we always give what the fans want.”
So I hope the fans like OB enough and I want to see him in more MCU movies and television shows. We will find out, but no, I haven’t had any discussions with anybody yet.

When Could Ke Huy Quan's OB Return To The MCU? Close Because the TVA is given a fresh start at the end of Loki season 2 with its new mission and leadership, OB has many opportunities to return in future MCU projects. The most likely project he could return in is Avengers: The Kang Dynasty, as that movie will center on the Kang variants' rise to power and the likely multiversal war they'll wage again. Because the TVA now hunts Kang variants, it's likely OB will appear in The Kang Dynasty in support of the TVA's cause, tracking down errant Kangs and pruning them before they can cause more destruction.
It's likely OB will make an appearance in Avengers: Secret Wars also. While little is known about Secret Wars, it's all but confirmed to be a major multiversal conflict that will bring heroes from across the Multiverse Saga's many projects together to restore balance to the multiverse. The effects of Secret Wars are supposedly so catastrophic that it is rumored to be a soft reboot for the MCU and will prune all unnecessary storylines. Such a monumental threat to the multiverse will undoubtedly involve Loki, as he is currently the being keeping it together, and Loki's friends, including OB, could come support him as he tries to save it again.
OB and the TVA could also appear in Agatha: Darkhold Diaries. Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness revealed that witches and sorcerers have the ability to dreamwalk, or possess alternate versions of themselves in different realities. Wanda used this power to terrorize and kill people on Earth-838, so it's possible that the evil witches that will star in Darkhold Diaries will do the same. While the TVA's current focus is targeting Kang, if it encounters other beings wreaking havoc across the multiverse, it could go after them too, like it did in Loki season 1; OB could appear to present technical solutions to stopping them.
