- While a Justice League movie has not been announced for Chapter 1, "Gods and Monsters," it is possible that a team-up film could happen in Chapter 2 after establishing the main heroes and allowing the franchise to grow organically.
The first proper DC Universe movie will be Gunn's Superman Legacy, starring David Corenswet as the latest big-screen version of the DC icon. While the world is waiting for Chapter 1, "Gods and Monsters," to properly kickoff, Abe Knapp and several talented artists joined forces on a massive DC Universe collaboration, resulting in a piece of art that reportedly took eight months to create.
While Corenswet's Superman is one of the primary heroes to be featured in the mega-collaboration, the roster includes multiple Justice League characters who have yet to be cast for Gunn's DC Universe. Each slide in the original Instagram post also has notes included as to what inspiration each artist used for their respective Justice League hero that they designed.
